Finance and Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Officer to join our finance team at DP World Australia Limited. As a Billing Officer, you will be responsible for providing a timely and accurate invoicing service, improving the customer experience, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices and data entry into the accounting system.
- Follow up on credit approval requests and resolve billing issues with customers.
- Prepare monthly GST reconciliation and assist with billing system process improvement.
- Liaise with customers to provide satisfactory resolution of billing issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in invoicing in a similar industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Good Excel skills required with experience using Containerchain and Oracle advantageous.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision and excellent communication skills.
- Considerable data entry experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
