About the Role

The Senior Director, Engagement Management, plays a pivotal role in our delivery leadership team. As a key member, they lead an organization of Engagement Managers responsible for deploying Workday applications and ensuring customer success within their project portfolio.

This individual collaborates closely with teams across Services, Sales, and Partner organizations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote understanding of our Launch methodology.

Joining forces with Sales teams to secure new business opportunities with existing and new customers is a critical responsibility.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Professional Services (APJ).

The primary objectives for this role include team development, customer satisfaction, and portfolio deployment health.

About You
  • With 5+ years of experience in software consulting services, you will have a strong foundation in managing complex projects.
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of running growing deployment portfolios and preferably in cloud solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a team of resources.

You should also possess:

  • Experience as an Executive Sponsor on project deployments.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: HCM, Payroll, or Financial Software applications.
  • The ability to present complex technology concepts to c-level executives in an understandable way.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed.
  • The ability to promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Effective collaboration across teams.
  • Accurate estimation of effort and resources required to complete projects.
  • Experience with managing a consulting services P&L.

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
