We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Probation Services Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals subject to community-based and reparation orders.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to support service delivery and build strong relationships
- Develop a strong awareness of sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant legislation
- Enhance communication skills, including conducting challenging conversations, resolving issues, and negotiating positive outcomes
- A degree in human services or a related field is highly regarded
- A current C class driver's licence is required for this position
- The successful candidate will be required to complete the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community)
