We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to take on a leadership role within our network. As Deputy Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, you will support the team in Burnie, Tasmania.
This is a full-time permanent or minimum 4-days a week position, where you will work closely with the Chief Radiographer/Area Chief and Regional Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and maintain clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and managing daily technologist workforce requirements and productivity
- Mentor and develop technologist staff, providing clinical guidance across clinics
- Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervise day-to-day management of the Medical Imaging department
- A $10,000 sign-on bonus for domestic candidates, plus an additional $5,000 retention bonus after two years
- Relocation package for mainland Australia candidates, including a $10,000 allowance (flights and initial accommodation)
- A comprehensive relocation package for international candidates, including up to $20,000 for relocation (flights and personal belongings)
