We are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day personal care activities, ensuring the highest standard of direct care to residents. This includes administering medications as delegated and maintaining accurate documentation using established business systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with residents, their families, and other staff members. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  • Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records of medication administration.

  • Maintain open communication with residents, their families, and colleagues, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care; attach a copy of qualification and transcript to application.

  • Availability to work varying shifts across weekdays and weekends.

  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).

  • A valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people not more than 3 years old.
