We are a renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination. Our flagship resort is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

New developments include 638 upscale guestrooms in the first-ever Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim-up suites in the adjacent Oasis Tower, and 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in our Hard Rock Hotel for a combined room count of 1271 throughout the resort.

Our amenities include a lush lagoon with private cabanas and butler service; a 42,000 square-foot spa & salon; a 13.5-acre water experience for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding; 19 dining outlets and 20 bars and lounges; an expansive gaming floor with 3100 slots, 195 table games and a 45-table poker room; 120,000 square feet of premier meeting and convention space including a 38,000 square-foot exhibition hall; and a 26,000 square-foot retail promenade.

We feature a highly anticipated live entertainment venue with a 7000-person capacity, showcasing A-list entertainers, comedy acts, Broadway performances, sporting events and live broadcast productions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the bar area relative to supplies, equipment and cleanliness.
  • Ensure ample supplies of glassware, napkins, straws, ice and garnishes are available during service periods.
  • Complete all established bar setup duties in a timely manner.
  • Perform work assignments directed by bartender or beverage management.
  • Knowledgeable of sanitation practices and procedures to ensure cleanliness at all times.
  • Promote positive public/employee relations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.
