Key Requirements- Solid understanding of Employment Services contracts and program delivery challenges
- Local labour market knowledge and well-developed networks
- Proven ability to build relationships with employers, source suitable vacancies, and provide excellent support
- Capacity to engage with local decision-makers to source new registrations and drive growth
- 'Results-driven' attitude and willingness to work towards targets and key performance indicators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel to additional sites
- Ability to pass a Federal Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check
