Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site operations for commercial projects exceeding $20 million.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive construction programs and schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to the project team.
  • Maintain strong communication with the client, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality finishes and manage defect rectifications.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of site management experience, with a portfolio of commercial new builds over $20 million.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to deliver excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field.

What We Offer
