Job Title: Beverage Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Service Professional to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm welcome to every guest and set the tone for their experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, highlighting promotions and maximising upselling opportunities
  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food
  • Maintain a clean and tidy bar area and manage inventory efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and sales results

Requirements:

  • Experience in bartending, including knowledge of cocktails, beer pouring, and local wines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fitness level to work on feet for long periods with bending and lifting
  • Valid RSA Certificate required
