Food and Beverage Service Position

The role of a food and beverage attendant is multifaceted, encompassing both the preparation and service of premium beverages and meals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve a variety of drinks to our patrons in the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas, including stock management.
  • Assist with deliveries and monthly inventory checks.
  • Provide support at tables and manage cash handling operations.
  • Prepare high-quality coffees and other beverages to meet customer expectations.
  • Clean dishes and maintain overall cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure compliance with basic food safety and preparation procedures.
  • Manage point-of-sale operations effectively.
  • Offer outstanding customer service.

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
