About the Role

As a Customer Experience Executive at Probe CX, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate, efficient, and respectful service on every interaction, as measured by various performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of Circle Leaders to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Utilize multi-tasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Stay up-to-date with AU/NZ campaigns and adapt service delivery accordingly

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, metric-driven environment with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Experience handling AU/NZ campaigns is highly desirable
