Retail Sales Merchandiser Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client market share and category performance through effective store ownership of in-store promotional programs, building strong relationships with key store personnel, and providing feedback on key field insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of planogram trade standards
  • Negotiation of incremental store space with managers to leverage market share
  • Pre-selling client activity in accordance with promotional programs
  • Develop strong relationships with key store personnel
  • Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Sales Representative
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license & reliable car
  • Able to work in an autonomous role
  • Excellent time management skills & a positive attitude
