Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting payroll processing and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and improvements in processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the finalisation and validation of employee entitlements.
  • Supporting payroll initiatives, including correction of balances and back payment processing.
  • Preparing reports, data, and recommendations for management.
  • Contributing to payroll compliance initiatives and supporting regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
  • Working within project frameworks to ensure successful delivery of payroll transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll projects, ideally in compliance or leave management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, entitlements, and legislation.
  • Experience working in project environments, including reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
