Digital Marketing Campaign Lead

The ideal candidate will lead the planning and delivery of innovative digital marketing initiatives to achieve key performance indicators. This role is accountable for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within the team and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute cost-effective digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Manage paid and non-paid digital channels to meet the team's KPIs, including Google AdWords and Meta marketing planning and management.
- Support with administration and reporting, contributing to the development of organic social media and community-building strategy.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing improvements for ongoing channel enhancements.
- Develop executive summaries of key reports for senior management.
About You:
- You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline and at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing team.
- Proven campaign and project management skills, with a thorough understanding of best practice digital marketing techniques.
- Able to use data to inform decision-making.
