Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a large fleet of vehicles.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve fleet efficiency and safety standards
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fleet requirements are met
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in Defence Inventory Management Systems - MILIS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
