Strata Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced strata professional to manage a diverse portfolio of high-value schemes in Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned strata manager to take ownership of a complex portfolio and lead our internal team in delivering exceptional results.

  • Taking charge of a large-scale portfolio with multiple residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes presents unique technical and legislative challenges. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and related WA legislation.
  • Developing strong relationships, resolving problems, and ensuring seamless operations across these complex schemes is crucial. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

About You:

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in WA strata management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios.
  • You possess a high level of practical judgment and common sense, enabling you to make informed decisions.
  • You are confident in running AGMs, liaising with contractors, and guiding committees.
  • You can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
