About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk and Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the bank's operational resilience and continuity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and standards to reduce business disruption and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. You will also be expected to oversee the development and implementation of robust business resilience plans to maintain critical operations and services during crises.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's operational risk and resilience capabilities. If you have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience working in second-line of defence roles, we would like to hear from you.
