Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data migration and governance efforts in the ERP transformation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing master data in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, as well as a proven track record in data migration, cleansing, and validation for ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Migration Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the SDT-based data migration strategy from ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce robust data governance policies and frameworks.
  • Data Profiling and Cleansing: Drive data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities.
  • Mapping and Transformation: Define mapping and transformation rules for master data and open transactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, SI partners, and SDT tool providers to ensure alignment and readiness.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience managing master data in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Proven track record in data migration, cleansing, and validation for ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with SDT tools, SAP MDG, ETL tools, and data governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP data objects across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • FMCG industry experience and exposure to fast-paced ANZ business environments desirable.
