Job Opportunity

E-learning professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role that requires the design and development of online learning resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality training materials for eLearning platforms, taking into account different learning styles and abilities.

- Review face-to-face learning programs to create suitable online solutions in collaboration with training staff.

- Plan realistic timeframes for developing eLearning modules, including piloting, reviewing, and releasing.

- Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders to support training development.

- Contribute to the development of policies and strategies surrounding eLearning.

- Demonstrate governance and accountability in training activities.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience with Articulate 360 Storyline software.

- Expertise in adult education and vocational education & training.

- Qualifications in training design related to adult education and training.

- Strong technical knowledge and experience with eLearning authoring tools.

- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

- Experience in organisational learning and development.
