The Role:
Our Member Support Consultants play a vital role in building and maintaining our membership base. They inspire prospective members to start their wellness journey by combining proactive sales activities with delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sales targets through promotions and referrals
- Generate and convert leads via community outreach and referrals
- Contact potential members to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours
- Create positive member experiences
- Follow up with members to support retention and upselling
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills
- Problem-solving and resilience
- Customer-focused mindset
- Target-driven and team-oriented
