About the RoleThis full-time position plays a vital part in member engagement and daily club operations.
You will be responsible for welcoming members, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience at our clubs.
Your success will depend on your ability to develop strong relationships with members and staff, as well as your enthusiasm for promoting our services.
Main Responsibilities- Cultivate a positive atmosphere within the club
- Promote membership sales and retain current members
- Develop relationships with Personal Trainers to enhance member experiences
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the Club Manager
- Assist with events and promotions to drive club growth
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others
