Facilities Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. This is a nine-month temporary contract with the opportunity to extend to full-time permanent.

This role offers the chance to work on a range of Government contracts with a leading infrastructure and logistics employer. You will have the opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of successful projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage subcontractors to support new sites nationally.
  • Proactively assess and manage subcontractors, reviewing their suitability and working with them to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for routine works, ensuring effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
  • Manage effective conflict resolution with subcontractors, clients, and onsite staff.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in facilities management.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and facilities management systems.
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
  • Experience with maintenance engineering, facilities management, and asset maintenance.
