The RoleOur client is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to manage sales and relationships across the ACT in a fully autonomous, end-to-end account management role.
Responsibilities- Deliver and exceed sales targets through a structured customer contact plan.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to secure loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and convert new business and project opportunities.
- Promote a range of products and services to maximise sales potential.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate across different business units and teams to drive sales performance.
- Ensure tenders, quotes, and credit management meet company standards.
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in construction, heavy industrial, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
- Proficiency in Windows, Salesforce, and other relevant systems is required.
