Accounts and Administration Specialist

Position Overview
APM is in search of a dedicated Accounts and Administration Specialist to enhance our exceptional service delivery. This is a Full-Time position aimed at supporting our Allied Health professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming telephone inquiries, coordinating patient appointments, processing payments, handling accounts receivable, generating invoices, and allocating payments. You will also follow up on GP referrals, maintain a tidy waiting area, clinic rooms, and kitchen, and perform various administrative duties as needed.
Given the nature of this role, it is essential to provide a professional and confidential service while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
