Job Opportunity

We are seeking a technically strong mid-level lawyer to join our construction and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian Standards and Residential Building Contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts including Australian Standards and Residential Building Contracts.
  • Advising clients on contract procurement strategies.
  • Assisting with contractual claims and interpretation.
  • Providing advice on regulatory compliance matters such as security of payment laws.

The successful candidate will work with a high-performing team of lawyers across various construction, infrastructure and commercial matters. Our focus is on delivering efficient, cost-effective and quality legal services to clients.
