Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that integrate Enphase solutions, optimizing revenue and profitability for our channel partners.
  2. Assess partner business models and collaborate on strategies to grow market share and expand residential energy system opportunities.
  3. Drive Enphase revenue and market share by being the first point-of-contact for all needs of our channel partners, including negotiating supply agreements, delivering product training, and managing daily business operations.
  4. Proactively manage a portfolio of customers and partners, ensuring revenue targets and market share growth are consistently met.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, renewables, or a related field is preferred. Existing knowledge about electric systems, renewables (solar), and/or willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in the field is mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within indirect sales channels (distributors, authorized dealers) for electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and partners, execute territory planning, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to generate accurate sales forecasts by analyzing partner data, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive engagement.
  • Travel & Location: Virtual office setup with access to a major metropolitan airport; ability to travel up to 50%.
