Home Support Worker

This is an urgent home care worker role where you will be providing high personal care for individuals with disabilities. The job involves light cleaning duties and transport services.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Nursing and First Aid certification. They will also need to be COVID-19 fully vaccinated and willing to work on long-hour shifts and sleepovers.

The position requires the ability to manually handle clients with complex needs, including bowel care and wound management. The successful candidate will also need to possess a Full driver licence and Comprehensive car insurance.

We are offering a competitive salary with casual loading, referral bonus, travel allowance, first aid allowance, broken shift allowance, paid training, and upskilling programs.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, providing personal care, and supporting clients with complex needs. You will also be required to transport clients safely and efficiently.
