Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with legislative requirements.

- Process payrolls accurately and efficiently in compliance with legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Handle payroll enquiries and provide timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, leave accruals, and Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
- Kronos experience is highly desirable (or similar time and attendance systems).
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation obligations.
