Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust and rapport with clients.

This is a casual employment opportunity requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week, with expected days including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and daily activities for individuals with disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Current NDIS Screening Check, Police Check, and NDIS Modules.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • WWCC and relevant qualifications.
