About the Gaming Attendant Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Gaming Attendant. As part of our Club operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our gaming facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons
  • Operating and maintaining gaming machines
  • Delivering drinks to machines and collecting glasses from the floor
  • Resetting and paying out jackpot wins
  • Operating Tab and Keno terminals
  • Cleaning workstations and equipment
  • Handling cash transactions and operating tills

In order to succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Availability to work on Friday nights and weekends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail
