Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Wagga Wagga Service Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional service to our members, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with product and service information, helping them make informed decisions about their financial needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in various systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- You are results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and improving customer outcomes.
- You possess strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
