You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering professional service in the café, room service, bar, and event settings
  • Taking and serving accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and well-presented work and dining environment
  • Assisting in setup and pack-down of service areas, including event spaces
  • Complying with food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Addressing guest needs and resolving issues with care and professionalism

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is mandatory
  • Availability across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
