Key Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Partner to join our organisation. This role will involve working closely with the Finance team to provide financial insights and support commercial decision-making.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and meaningful financial statements and forecasts, collaborating with stakeholders to inform commercial decisions, identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement, and assisting in setting targets for financial success.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar finance/business partner role;
  • A degree/qualification in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting);
  • Excellent understanding of general ledger and accounting processes;
  • Proven ability in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Dynamics GP;
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy.
