Finance Business Partner – 3-Month Contract- South Yarra | - Immediate Start | - Partnering Opportunity Randstad Senior Finance is proud to be partnering with a leading service provider in the South Yarra area to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a 3-month contract (with view to extention for the right individual).
This role sits within a high-performing Finance team and plays a critical role in driving performance through financial planning, insightful analysis, and commercial decision support.
The Role: This hands-on role will see you collaborate closely with operational leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
You'll bring your analytical mindset and commercial acumen to budgeting, forecasting, dashboard reporting, and financial modelling.
What You'll Be Doing: End-to-end budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across business units.
Deliver variance analysis and identify key drivers of business performance.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports.
Present financial and operational insights to senior stakeholders.
Support month-end/year-end close processes and contribute to contract optimisation projects.
Identify and implement improvements across reporting systems and financial processes.
What We're Looking For: CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation.
Strong financial modelling and business partnering skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Confident communicator and presenter with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is highly desirable.
Bonus points for experience in the service industries.
