Are you looking for a role that involves working in a dynamic team to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers? We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial part in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, and collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

About you and your skills

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles' Safe Work practices
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • To be active and physically fit, you'll be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week
