Occupational Therapist Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to lead our Outpatient Department on a part-time or full-time contract, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced clinical services to patients of complex nature requiring expertise in Occupational Therapy.
- Administer duties efficiently, including liaison with administrative staff, reporting of statistical data, and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Closely monitor patient plans and outcomes through participation in regular team meetings.
- Contribute actively to the multidisciplinary team, initiating referrals to external agencies in a timely manner.
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- A valid Australian Drivers License.
- Extensive experience in Occupational Therapy across a range or within a relevant specialty, including management of complex patients.
- Prior leadership experience for an Occupational Therapist.
