This opportunity would suit anyone with a passion for the healthcare industry looking for an entry-level position.
The successful candidate must be able to cover both practice locations:
- Hobart: 149 Macquarie Street, Hobart, TAS
- Rosny Park: 26 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park, TAS
As a Dental Assistant, you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care by:
- Providing chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
- Preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
- Recording accurate patient information, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, and processing payments.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
