Are you an experienced dental professional with a flair for fabulous front desk service?

**Dr J. A. Chau Dental Surgeons is seeking a Full-time or Part-time (4 days/week) Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team**

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone

- ** Rosny Park**: 26 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park, TAS, 7018

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in the dental industry (DA or Dental Receptionist) is ideal.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
