Event Storyteller

As a skilled Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content across various events such as weddings, portraits, engagements, and island events. This role requires strong storytelling skills and a deep passion for videography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit engaging video content for events and promotional projects.
• Liaise with clients from initial consultation through to delivery, providing exceptional client service and outstanding results.
• Maintain and operate your own professional videography equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and up-to-date with the latest technology.
• Support sales efforts through pre- and post-event consultations and upselling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver beautifully shot and edited content.
• Meet production deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs) through efficient time and project management, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide content for marketing and social media platforms as needed, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with photographers, management, and marketing teams to develop video strategy and create engaging content that reflects the brand's vision and values.

We are looking for a creative and confident professional with strong communication skills and a deep passion for videography. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional videographer, ideally in weddings, and at least 2 years of editing experience and strong post-production skills, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional videographer, ideally in weddings
• At least 2 years of editing experience and strong post-production skills
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras and a range of video equipment
• Your own professional-standard shooting equipment
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence (preferred)
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Mac OS
