Hamilton Island is one of Australia's most iconic and romantic wedding destinations, hosting over 500 weddings a year. We're currently seeking a talented and passionate Videographer to join the Hamilton Island Photography team, capturing love stories, portraits, and events in one of the most picturesque locations on earth.

Your Role
As Videographer, you'll play a vital role in capturing and editing video content across weddings, portraits, engagements, and island events. You'll collaborate with event planners, clients, and internal teams to deliver beautifully shot and edited content that reflects the emotion and energy of every special moment.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Capture and edit high-quality video content for weddings, events, and promotional projects.
• Liaise with clients from initial consultation through to delivery.
• Maintain and operate your own professional videography equipment.
• Support sales efforts through pre- and post-event consultations and upselling opportunities.
• Meet production deadlines and KPIs through efficient time and project management.
• Provide content for marketing and social media platforms as needed.
• Collaborate with photographers, management, and marketing teams.
• Assist in developing video strategy and keeping up with industry trends.
• Invoice clients and manage account-related communication.

What We're Looking For
You're a creative and confident professional with strong storytelling skills and a deep passion for videography. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional client service and outstanding results.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional videographer, ideally in weddings (Essential).
• At least 2 years of editing experience and strong post-production skills (Essential).
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras and a range of video equipment (Essential).
• Your own professional-standard shooting equipment.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence (Preferred).
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Mac OS.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
