**Lead Early Childhood Educator Opportunity**

 

We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator to develop and lead our brand new after-kindergarten care program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high-quality educational experience that values diversity, inclusion, and individuality. They will have the ability to document and assess children's learning behavior and development using established curriculum approaches.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading the after-kindergarten care program in accordance with relevant standards and policies
  • Documenting and assessing children's learning behavior and development
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure quality outcomes for children
  • Maintaining positive relationships with families to meet each child's needs

**Ideal Candidate:**

We are looking for someone with a strong background in early childhood education and care. The ideal candidate will hold or be actively completing a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification). Prior experience in an early childhood setting is highly regarded.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • Prior experience in an early childhood setting (an advantage)
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates
