Early Childhood Education Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Educator to lead and manage the educational program for young children. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead and support a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with families to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to education and care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or a relevant qualification
  • Significant experience in long day-care and a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • A current Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)
  • A passion for working with young children and their families
