  • You will assist families in developing tailored plans that align with their needs, addressing concerns related to safety and well-being through regular home visits.
  • Developing comprehensive safety plans and conducting thorough risk assessments is a key aspect of this position. You will effectively manage complex cases and situations, including those involving high-risk clients and their families.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in court processes, preparing necessary documents and attending hearings. This includes individual and group supervision, ensuring seamless collaboration among all parties involved.

For this role, we require a relevant diploma or degree qualification, or at least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
