Job Description

We are seeking AHPRA General Registered Psychologists or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers or Qualified Counsellors to join our team of mental health professionals. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
  • Must be able to see clients face-to-face but can be a hybrid TH/F2F role.

Qualifications
  • General Psychologist Registered AHPRA; or
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
  • Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
  • You have permanent residency in Australia;
  • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
  • You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team;
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
