Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the safe and effective operation of our facilities and associated utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry best practices, statutory requirements, and our management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site operations strategies to meet short and long-term objectives.
  • Supervise facility/site maintenance activities and ensure adequate levels of consumables and spare parts are maintained.
  • Monitor facility/site performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate daily with management and external customers as required.
  • Liaise with site contractors and oversee training requirements for all personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in hydrocarbon or related chemical processing industries, with a focus on gas processing.
  • Experience in implementing HSEQ management systems and maintenance planning execution.
  • Cert 4 or above in Process Plant Operations.
  • WA Driver's License.
  • PMAWHS311 Lead Emergency Teams (or equivalent).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 (or equivalent) desirable.
  • Good process, mechanical, instrument, and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage effectively in a small team environment.
