Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a security presence, responding to customer enquiries, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a secure environment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and incidents
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control points
- Direct and escort visitors to site
- Manage visitor sign-in and induction processes
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Conduct foot patrols of internal and external areas
- Australian citizenship
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Hold a NV1 AGSVA clearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
