Job Title: Smart Parking Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze data from smart parking systems to identify trends and patterns in parking behavior.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize parking operations, including fee structures, technology upgrades, and expansion of the smart parking scheme.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies, including stakeholder engagement and public outreach.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to parking operations, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as urban planning, transportation engineering, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of smart parking technologies, including sensors, analytics, and software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
