Job Opportunity:
Building Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Building Operations Manager. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day management of a 30-storey owner-occupied building in Gold Coast.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include providing concierge services, monitoring common property areas, coordinating minor repairs and maintenance, and liaising with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concierge services including parcel handling, assisting residents, and booking recreation facilities
- Monitoring common property areas and coordinating minor repairs and cleaning
- Arranging with contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with the body corporate committee and manager
Requirements:
- Public liability insurance of $10 million
- ABN registration and GST compliance
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday on-site: 8am to 4pm (except Public Holidays)
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Be contactable for emergencies
- Holidays: Up to 4 weeks a year and provide a suitable replacement during absence
