Add expected salary to your profile for insights The developer and eventual body corporate seek expressions of interest for the above position for an exclusive building of 50 apartments in Main Beach.
The building is expected to be completed in October 2025.
It is a 30-storey owner-occupied building with exquisite foyer and resident recreation areas that requires appropriate upkeep.
Prior to completion, the role will commence in so much as learning the operation of the building, its equipment as well as creating procedures and systems for the building to be occupied and then managed.
Further, in the first year, a limited role in collating information to assist with any defect remedial work with the builder and contractors.
Post building completion, your duties can be generally described as: Concierge services including, occupy a concierge desk (unless moving around the building or in the Manager's Office); assisting residents regarding their occupation of the building; parcel handling; assist with booking of recreation facilities in the building; etc.
Monitoring the use and condition of common property areas; Co-ordinating and conducting general minor repairs, cleaning and maintenance; Arranging and supervising body corporate maintenance contractors; Arranging repairs of items on the common property by specialised contractors; and Regular liaison is required with the representatives of the body corporate committee and body corporate manager; The Body Corporate will pay for common property cleaning and maintenance contractors, tradespeople, supplies etc.
Your appointment will be in the form of an agreement which will set out the specific duties and conditions.
Your attendance as per the agreement will be: Monday to Friday on-site: 8am to 4pm (except Public Holidays)Weekends & Public Holidays: Be contactable for emergencies Holidays: Up to 4 weeks a year and you are to provide a suitable replacement during any absence You will be required to hold public liability insurances for a minimum of $10 million, have an ABN and be registered for GST.
The first year's remuneration is $90,000.00 + GST.
