As a seasoned Building Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our property. About the Role
  • Take charge of maintenance and repairs for common areas and shared facilities
  • Oversee financial management and budgeting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Foster strong relationships with strata owners and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate routine inspections and quality control measures to guarantee exceptional property standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to set priorities, goals, and objectives for the building's operational performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall service delivery
  • Establish and maintain robust systems for tracking and reporting on maintenance activities, expenses, and other key metrics
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of strata law and regulations, as well as experience working within a body corporate environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering timely solutions
